MFC First Steps® Group Class
The goal of the MFC First Steps ® Group Class is to get people to overcome their fear of fitness through a non-intimidating process. Participants will be formally introduced to the MFC Fitness Mastery Process. Participants are encouraged to share their fitness struggles and goals within a group setting. The objective is to demonstrate that they don’t have to make this journey alone. Upon completion of this class, participants will have a roadmap and support system for eventual fitness success.
